Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Contact AAspiring Resells through our contact page with your order number and the item you want to return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending anything back; do not send a return to the address on the supplier package.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We cover return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items. No restocking fee applies.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, is incorrect or is missing an item. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging where available so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

We will notify you after reviewing your return. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to stop it; the return policy will apply after delivery.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law. Purchases made through TikTok Shop are also subject to the return process and protections shown in TikTok Shop.
